If I can give a bit of advice dont use negatives to promote. And remember your target audience. First timers, not overtly wealthy, trying to buy into a dream. Most likely young and a bit nervous and apprehensive. Need a bit of comforting. Currently your wording is honest but apologetic and your price is low. This paints a negative picture further condemned by DIY servicing.
e.g.
About Betty - owned from new by me and in good well maintained condition. Used as a family day boat since new and has wear to match a boat of 11 years old. Gel coat is in good and polished condition, there is star crazing to a few areas as you would expect for a boat used over 11 years from minor dings
to
One owner from new and lovingly maintained. The pride of the family Betty has been regularly polished and buffed and is in excellent condition for age .
Remove hours and DIY servicing. Entry level boaters arent interested. Your low hours sounds like neglect and disinterest.Just say Betty has been serviced annually with no expense spared. If you have to add in a comment say something like. Betty has been serviced annually with so expense spared to ensure she is ready, reliable and safe for the family at the beginning of each boating season.
Then also you need to paint a seed of a dream what she was to you and the family. Watersports in the sun type thing. Something like:
......with 3.0l Mercrusier I/B with Alpha 1 G2 drive Betty has had ample power and performance to tow (water toys inserted) providing the family many happy memories on lake / river / XXX
Finish off with something for the buyer's OH when he runs over to show honey dearest and reason for sale. Do not have your other bigger boat in the advert pics. Makes Betty look small and when people buy something they want instant pride of ownership, not be presented with seconds. Say Betty is leaving XYZ, will be missed and hope she goes on to provide new owners with as much joy and good memories as you have had. Find the words for it. Find another place for your new bigger boat to live when they come to inspect. A 19 foot boat on it's own on the drive looks impressive and the biggest dick on the block. Next to a 22 footer she looks wimpy.
And finally. Betty Boop is kind of in your face styling. Very personal too. That actually is a potential big turnoff. It may be worth saying if it is so, that Betty has Vinyl Graphics from XYZ Funky Jazzy yadda yadda with name and artwork which can be easily removed with mild application of heat and a wipe down with acetone allowing the application of new from XYZ Funky Jazzy yadda yadda.
