I followed someone like that once!

They had a shiny prop and red face afterwards....

I really have no idea how that could happen, unless the skipper was distracted by his crew and by an ominous storm approaching.

Also the designated lookout was asleep and it was at then end of a long and tiring passage.

OK OK. It's surprisingly easy actually. Anyway the boat following us failed completely in his duty to follow us on and stayed happily afloat (well done Nick!)

At least we avoided spending several hours aground in a torrential downpour.

At least we're not locals. They must have got some serious stick doing that leaving their home harbour in full view of the shore

that following vessel also failed to tow us off and one of us got wet earlier than the rest, but then again I guess that makes him the sensible one :D

Oh shutup! Fishing was good, shoals large. So many fish and so little time.

That makes me feel a lot better Buce :D

Sadly we didn't have our fishing gear. Mind you we had a lady on board who, I think, just wanted to get back to a nice warm car.

That plan didn't work either

I'm not sure if I could replicate that exact day. It was, I hope, a bit of a one off!

You are both, of course, very welcome on board at any time. Of course when you get your bigger boat I'll be looking to come on as crew. :D
