Replacement Alternator fitted, pre-season checks carried out,
Boat clean just waiting for the weather ,

Was hoping for run out over Easter but the weather is not playing ball, :oops:

Looks like two roller shafts are bent. Do you think it may be the stepped hull has caught them? Is it worth a check on the hull to make sure there is no damage?

Yes its the step and we do get chipped GRP.

There is a large wheel in front of the rollers but it does not stop them getting in the way on shallow angle slipways

Doesn't look like the red wheels are doing anything. They don't look compressed at all. I had them on mine when I brought the trailer but removed them and altered the roller set up so they were away from the step.

I thought the red wheels only came into use when the step comes over them? Giving a larger diameter surface to ride over?

How did you move the rollers away from the step? The step is full hull width so it has to go over the rollers somehow?
