any boats in Thailand dont have a great H&S record. certainly the RNLI would have sleepness night out there as the recent accident proved. I refused to get on a return ferry in Bangkok as it was so over loaded the water was to the sponson with too many Chinese tourists. Esp as a cab was only £3 for a 30 min ride
